Who is Progressive Safety Solutions

Craig Roberts - Managing Director
Craig Roberts has extensive experience across government, commercial and the not-for-profit sectors and has worked in senior management positions for over 15 years. Craig has been a General Manager of an iconic Australian brand and has led teams and management groups across a federated structure. He has held Senior Manager and Director positions within Emergency Management and has lead disaster policy and resilience agendas.
Craig is a facilitator, consultant and coach with the College for Law, Education and Training and has been lecturing at Surf Life Saving's Leadership program for over 10 years. Craig is an accredited facilitator of DiSC Workplace, DiSC Management and Work of Leaders programs with Wiley Publishing and Integro.
He works mainly in the risk leadership arena, developing teams and leaders in engaging and adaptable leadership styles and behaviours. Craig has the flexibility and experience to work with frontline staff, middle management and senior executive personnel and he brings warmth, passion and experience to his roles as facilitator, risk manager, development consultant and leader.
